    Adding effects to your web page is a great way to engage viewers and offer visual stimulation to the site.  Effects also add a unique sense of professionalism to the pages.  I encourage a limited use of these features as they are time consumers for site loading and too much activity within the site can create confusion and divert from the true message of the site.
